Web decentrailse, here is the idea. Imagine that web application compiled with encrypt key. This web application will registred to many web service, we can access it with so many address in specific web browser. Only people who have the secret key can do update content of website than compiled it with new encrypt key. There is no robot can be index this website. People who have web server can not do change content of website.
